'Here\'s an 8 minute resistance band ab workout that you can do at home, or anywhere really. This is a live workout that allows you to press play, and follow right along for 8 minutes. It\'s great for men or women, and the addition of resistance bands will allow you to really challenge yourself and continue building ab strength no matter how often you repeat this routine. If it\'s too, easy, just use more resistance. This routine is really simple and it uses an interval training methodology. We will complete 4 exercises with a 1 min on / 1 min off interval setup. This means that you\'ll do as many reps as you can for 1 minute, then take a 1 minute break, then move to the next exercise. If you find that the intervals are too long or to short, then simply adjust them to fit your fitness level. Be sure to challenge yourself though! No pain, no gain!
