'Here\'s a great chest workout designed to get your chest fired up quickly. It consists of 3 supersets with 2 exercises each. To properly perform a superset complete the first exercise in the set and immediately switch to the follow up exercise in the set. Focus on maintaining good form and make sure to use enough resistance so that the last few reps of each exercise are very difficult to accomplish.
