Prior to the 8 month period Alex had no previous experience with bodyweight exercises and was simply training compound barbell movements. I take no credit for Alex\'s squatting prowess but thought it was appropriate to showcase in his progress reel. Alex is a very hardworking trainee who always adhered to the protocol prescribed.
