'Resistance Band Pull Up - Banded Chin Up'

'Watch this video if you need a little assistance with your pull ups or chin ups.    We\'ll walk you through how to do a resistance band pull up or banded chin up so that you can start doing more pull ups today!    The concept is pretty simple.  We are going to add a 41\" loop style resistance band to your pull up bar, and you\'re going to hook it up to your knee or feet to give you a bit of assistance so that you can complete more pull ups through the entire range of motion.    We are using 41\" loop style resistance bands (a.k.a pull up bands) from Clench Fitness because they are high quality, and there are many different resistance/assistance levels available.
