'10 Min Glute Burnout - Bands Only - Low Impact'

'In this video we are going to walk you through a 10 min glute burnout workout using only a single booty band.    This entire workout is done on the floor so it\'s low impact and it focuses solely on glute activation.    Here’s how it goes...  You’ll need one 13-inch Mini Resistance Band to complete this workout!  You can get the mini band used in the workout from Clench Fitness:   https://clenchfitness.com/collections/resistance-bands/products/13-inch-flat-mini-resistance-bands?variant=31612195602511  There are 6 different exercises and you will complete 10 repetitions of each movement in a row. No rest period! Once you’ve completed one side, roll over and alternate to the other leg.  Keep your movements controlled and paced. That is key!  In terms of form, your legs should be at about a 45 degree angle from your body. Focus on engaging your core and keeping your hips in place during the exercises. There shouldn’t be a lot of movement other than your working leg.  #1: Lift/lower leg #2: Bicycle #3: Backwards Bicycle #4: Small inward leg circle #5: Small outward leg circle #6: Swimmers (lift the legs as high off the floor as you can!)
