'Sharing a part of my fitness routine.  So  when I go to the gym I make sure I workout legs at least once a week and I’m sharing some of my exercises I do with you. The calf raises can be done anywhere as can be squats , lunges  and walking lunges.   Calf raises 20X4 Curls 20X3  Make sure to walk on either on the elliptical or treadmill for at least 10 minutes after if you want to be able to walk the next day lol.     #shorts #shortsyoutube #shortsvideo #youtubeshorts #gymmotivation #gymlife #gymgirl'
