Besides this 300L mixer, the customer also purchased 500L and 1000L open triple shaft mixer.  This cosmetic making machinery includes the main manufacturing plant, pneumatic valves, 3kw rotary lobe pump, an electrical cabinet and a set of stainless steel stairs with platform. It’s a complete system of dispersion, mixing, emulsification, heating, cooling, and discharging the finished product in the end. The machine will be connected to steam boiler and water chiller for heating and cooling according to the marking on the pipes. When the temperature reaches your preset temperature in the temperature controller, the temperature control system will automatically turn off and on to keep the temperature stable.  Cosmetic cream and lotion are products for moisturizing and softening the skin. They are often semi-solid emulsions of oil and water. Creams/lotions contain special ingredients that help to replace the oils in the skin or to protect against the loss of moisture from the skin. The key components of a skin care lotion and cream are the aqueous and oily phases, an emulgent to prevent separation of these two phases. A wide variety of other ingredients such as fragrances, glycerol, petroleum jelly, dyes, preservatives, proteins and stabilizing agents are commonly added to lotions.  What is open triple shaft mixer?  SZ open triple shaft mixer, also called three shaft mixer, is a multi functional mixer for the production of viscous paste and suspensions in the cosmetic, pharmaceutical, food and chemical industries.   What is open triple shaft mixer made of?  SZ open triple shaft mixer is generally made of open mixing tank, heating and cooling system, temperature control system, electrical control panel etc.  The mixing tank combines in a single vessel one low speed anchor agitator and two high speed dispersers or top entry batch homogenizers or combination of disperser and homogenizer. Normally, this agitator is top installed at the center of the vessel for slow speed mixing and the high speed dispersers or top entry batch homogenizers are installed in the room between the shaft and outside wings of the anchor mixer.  How does open triple shaft mixer machine work?  During the mixing operation, the anchor agitator rotates clockwise slowly. With the attached Teflon blades, the materials are scraped off the vessel wall and move upwards so they won’t always stick to the wall and burn.  The high speed dispersers are driven by ABB or Siemens motor and rotate at the speed of 1400rpm producing strong high shear force. The dispersers are even capable of shearing rubber chips etc rapidly to shorten the dissolving time significantly.  Dispersers are also replaceable with batch mixers for dissolving, homogenizing, and emulsifying. Due to the two opposite forces by anchor agitator and dispersers or homogenizers, the paste rolls over the vessel from top to bottom and back to top repeatedly. When the toothpaste is completely mixed, the heat from the jacket is quickly transferred to every part through the inside wall.
