'Part of the \"Bod Squad\" series of PSAs by the ABC network, the cartoon character \"Louis the Lifeguard\" brings a message to children about not \"drowning their food\" in various toppings like sour cream, mayo, salt or ketchup; but instead, leaving them plain. Louis the Lifeguard was voiced by comedian Arnold Stang - he\'s notable for various acting bits since the 1940s, and also voiced \"Top Cat\" in a few Hanna-Barbera cartoons.
